QUALITY PLAN

 beside planning of time, man power, machine and tools, money, method, Quality is also to be plan before start to act some works or project. 

How to make a Quality Plan document? do you find practical guidance to make it? bellows I just want to share a little experience how to make Quality Plan document.

1. Quality Plan document is such agreement between customer or user with recipient of works (contractor). about the end quality of works 

2. Quality Plan document also contain tolerance of some parameters during inspection at the step of process. 

3. Quality Plan document also set up whether customer to do Review, Witness or Hold on the inspection of step of process, drawing, procedure and others documents.

4. Review means customer only need to look the drawing, procedure, method or inspection record that prepared by contractor. 

5. Witness means customer need to check on site together with contractor   before continue to the next step process. in some case customer can also represent to the related person in the contractor organization to do inspection on be half customer. But on the inspection record customer should sign on the Witness position. this case can be done for a reason by customer self such as no more time available or something.

6. HOLD means to continue next step of works contractor  need instruction from customer. for example leak test of swimming pool before lining the wall and after concreting works. status HOLD usual be proposed by contractor to prevent future claim by customer.

7. Mainly in the Quality Plan document there are outlined main works or process then followed with inspection status by customer  that is R (review), W (witness) or H (HOLD).
